CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (Online)

The CompTIA Information Technology Fundamentals+ (ITF+) Certification Course will prepare participants to learn the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, software development and database use. In addition, participants will demonstrate their knowledge to install software, establish basic network connectivity and identify/prevent basic security risks. Participants will understand the basic principles and techniques of providing PC, mobile, applications and network support. Upon completion, participants will be able tov set up a computer workstation and use basic software applications, explain the function and types of devices used within a computer system, apply basic computer maintenance and support principles, describe some principles of software and database development, configure computers and mobile devices to connect to home networks and to the Internet and identify security issues affecting the use of computers and networks.
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (Virtual)

CompTIA Network+ (Virtual)

The CompTIA Network+ Certification prep program prepares participants to configure, manage and troubleshoot common wired devices and wireless network devices. The course also has emphasis on: critical security concepts, key cloud computing best practices and typical service models, newer hardware and virtualization techniques and other tools required to maintain network security and guard against network attacks. Pre-requisite: CompTIA A+ certification or experience in networking platforms. Exam and materials included.
CompTIA A+ (Online)

The CompTIA A+ Certification prep program prepares participants with the technical skills and competencies related to computer repair, support specialist and computer information technologies – ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security, connecting users to data needed to perform their jobs. The CompTIA A+ Exam and materials are included. Asynchronous class. Optional REAL-TIME lectures on designated days set by the instructor (6pm-7pm). Expected: You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, and sit for the Industry Credential exam. You will have 60 calendar days from the end of the in-class program to sit for the exams.
CompTIA Linux+ (Online)

The CompTIA Linux+ Certification prep program prepares participants for the CompTIA Linux+ exam by exploring common tasks such as Linux troubleshooting, installation or maintenance. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to configure, manage, operate and troubleshoot a Linux environment by using security best practices, scripting and automation. The course will also cover Linux operations such as Linux command line, configuring workstations and networking. Pre-requisite: Prior Linux experience and/or CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+ certifications are preferred.
CompTIA Security+ (Online)

The CompTIA Security+ Certification prep program prepares participants with the knowledge and skills required to install and configure systems to secure applications, networks and devices; perform threat analysis and respond with appropriate mitigation techniques; participate in risk mitigation activities; and operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws and regulations. Security+ completers are equipped to identify security risks and mitigate system incidents. The CompTIA Security+ Exam and materials are included. Prerequisite: CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certifications, or network security experience. Expected: You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, and sit for the Industry Credential exam. You will have 30 calendar days from the end of the in-class program to sit for the exams.
